  • MAUZO Sales+: A cloud-based point-of-sale and inventory management system designed to streamline sales and inventory tracking for both e-commerce and physical stores.
  • MAUZO Payments: An integrated payment gateway supporting various payment methods, including mobile money, credit cards, and bank transfers, for seamless transaction processing.
  • MAUZO Notify: A communication platform enabling businesses to send personalized messages to their customers via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely engagement.
  • MAUZO Analytics: Advanced analytics tools that provide insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and operational performance to help businesses make informed decisions.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

  • Account Registration: To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • User Responsibilities: You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, spamming, distributing malware, or any activity that interferes with the operation of our platform or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

  • Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Please note that terminating your account does not absolve you of any outstanding fees or obligations.
  • Termination by MAUZO: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms of Use, illegal activities, or any other reason at our discretion. We may also suspend your account for non-payment.

Limitation of Liability MAUZO is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. We provide our services “as is” and make no warranties regarding their performance, availability, or security.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAUZO, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
